We need to create a psychological distance between ourselves and problems. Whenever this is felt that there is some negative impact on our creativity, we must take a break. Researchers found that when participants imagined that a problem originated from a far location versus a close one, they solved more problems and came up with more creative solutions. The next time you face a difficult problem, try imagining that the issue is distant and disconnected from your current location. This will really work. For best performance,  we need to focus more on the current issues,  and to understand that there is enough time to deal with the problem.

Psychological distance play a great role in better productivity as well as more creativity.
